Petoskey Suffragists

Votes for women!

You may be familiar with Susan B. Anthony, the matriarch of national woman suffrage, but do you know Emma Lamb Barnes Baker of Petoskey and Bay View? What about Frances Webb Oldham? or Edith Doe Sly? The suffrage movement was alive here in the early 1900s with several of Petoskey's own women rallying for the cause. Read about 10 of them, interred here at Greenwood, and how they contributed to the fight.

Currently, we have two ways to purchase this thermal-bound booklet:

$16 - Visit the office at 105 Greenwood Street with cash, check or credit card; or
