We held tours in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.  We are planning a tour for 2013 based again on the lives of Petoskey's early pioneers.  The Mossbacks were an important segment of the early days here.  They were the ones who came and eked out a living in the backwoods, miles from civilization.  But many of them moved from the wilderness into town and became successful business men and women.

You can use the Contact Us page to arrange for tickets.  The 2013 tour is scheduled for August 9 and 10.  There will be a Friday evening tour and a tour on Saturday morning and afternoon.

Please be advised that this is a walking tour. You should plan on walking a mile over a period of an hour. There will be golf carts available during each tour for approximately 12 people who cannot walk the entire tour. You will need to specify this option when signing up for the tour.  In previous tours we have had more people who wanted to use this service than what we had room for. 

It is planned that all of the tour will be held outside this year. Please be prepared for all types of weather. We are trying to make other arrangements in case of rain but because of the time commitments of so many actors and volunteers the tour cannot be postponed.
